Assam building and other construction workers welfare department has started The Labour Card Assam Registration for the welfare for the workers. There are more than 7 Lakh Workers in the State who are Registered with the Assam Labour Welfare Board and Are seeking benefits using Labour Card.
Assam Labour Card is to take benefits from various welfare schemes such as Pension benefits, Marriage assistance, Maternity assistance, Death benefits, Skill training, Medical assistance, Educational assistance, Cash awards, Transit shelters for the upliftment of the construction workers.

Eligibility for Labour Card Assam Apply Online
- Age of the worker shall be between 18 and 55 years.
- The worker shall have construction related work experience for a minimum of 90 days in the preceding year (last 12 months).
- The worker shall not be a member in any other welfare fund.
- Workers belonging to other states must be currently employed in Assam to register under ABOCWWB.
- Applicant must hold an Aadhaar number/Aadhaar card, and the mobile number linked to the Aadhaar card for authentication of the applicant. Aadhaar linked mobile number is important for OTP based Aadhaar verification.
- Applicants must be registered with eShram and hold a Unique Account Number (UAN).
- Workers from other states must have their present address/work location in Assam.

- Visit the Official Website of the Assam Nirman Sakhi Portal.
- Now Click on the New Registration Button Given on the Homepage.
- If you have an Assam BOCW ID Card, then click Ye,s otherwise No.
- Now proceed to New Registration And Enter Your Mobile Number.
- Enter Your Aadhar Card and Other Details.
- Complete the Registration form with the Required Details to be filled in.
- Now upload the Required Documents in the Application.
- Click on the Submit Button to Proceed for final Submission.
- Now your Application for the Assam labour card will be filled.
- You can note the application number for future reference.

- Visit the Official website of the Nirman Sakhi Portal.
- Navigate to the Track Application Option given on the Homepage.
- Enter your Acknowledgement Number and Click on the Submit Button.
