Assam Chief Minister’s Jibon Prerna Scheme 2025
Chief Minister of Assam Shri Himanta Biswa Sharma has decided to launch the New Scheme for the Youths of the State Through the Budget of 2025. The Name of the Scheme is Mukhyamantri Jibon Prerna Yojana under which financial Assistance will be provided to the Youths of the State during the Search of Job. The main aim of the Scheme is to Provide the Stability and Encouragement During the Job Search Period of Youths.
Jibon Prerna Scheme is dedicated to provide financial assistance of Rs. 2500 per month to the Graduates Passing out in 2025 from Universities or Colleges of Assam for upto One Year, Candidates can also opt for One Time payment of Rs. 25,000 rather than monthly Payment.
Benefits of Assam Jibon Prerna Yojana
- To Provide the Stability and Encouragement During the Job Search Period of Youths.
- To provide Rs. 2500 per month to those students who passed Graduation in 2025.
- One Time Financial Assistance of Rs. 25,000 will be given to the Research Scholars from Central or State University irrespective of Gender.
- One Time Financial Assistance of Rs. 50,000 will be given to Divyang Research Scholars.
- One Time Financial Assistance of Rs. 25000 instead of Monthly Installment can be Opted.

Eligibility Criteria for Jibon Prerna Assam
- Only Permanent Residents of Assam Shall be eligible for this Scheme.
- A Divyang Certificate will be required to Apply for the Scheme under Divyang Research Scholars Category.
- Graduation Degree will be Required to Apply for the Scheme.
- Research Scholars will have to provide the Identity Card issued by the University.
- DC’s Letter will be required to take one time Financial Assistance instead of Monthly Installment.
